Praleno Financial Consulting (Pty) Ltd is registered with the CIPC (Companies and Intellectual Property Commission) of South Africa. These disclosures are provided in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the website at praleno.pro ("the Site"), or by engaging Praleno for advisory services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site or instruct our services.
3. Our services
Praleno provides financial advisory services to growing businesses, including but not limited to financial strategy, supplier risk review, planning and related consulting engagements. Information published on the Site is general in nature and is provided for informational purposes only; it does not constitute personalised financial, tax, legal or investment advice unless delivered as part of a formal, scoped engagement agreed in writing.
4. Engagement of services
Specific advisory engagements are governed by a separate written proposal, letter of engagement or service agreement setting out scope, fees, timelines and deliverables. Where any conflict arises between these Terms of Use and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement shall prevail in respect of that engagement.
5. Fees and payment
Fees for advisory services are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and communicated in the relevant engagement letter or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Late payment may result in suspension of services and interest charged at a rate permitted under applicable South African law.
6. Website use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it in a manner that infringes the rights of Praleno or any third party. Content on the Site — including text, logos, graphics and layout — is the property of Praleno Financial Consulting (Pty) Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
7. No warranty
While we take care to keep information on the Site accurate and up to date, we make no warranties, express or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy or currency of any content published on the Site. Liability arising from a specific advisory engagement is governed by the limitation of liability clauses contained in the relevant engagement agreement.

10. Termination of engagements
Either party may terminate an advisory engagement in accordance with the notice provisions set out in the applicable engagement agreement. Fees for work performed up to the date of termination remain payable.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from these terms or from use of the Site shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa, without prejudice to any dispute resolution provisions contained in a specific engagement agreement.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The version published on the Site at the time of use shall apply. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
